St Gerard’s Book Fair Dates and Times
Friday 20th May – Class viewing and wish list to take home
Monday 23rd May – Book Fair open for purchases 8.15 – 9am
Tuesday 24th May – Book Fair open for purchases 8.15 – 9am and 3 – 3.45pm
Wednesday 25th May – Final day for sales and book collection 8.15 – 9am and 3 – 7.30pm
Payments and ordering
Children will be able to fill out books on a wish list and bring it home to show you. You can easily order online, and ‘Click & Collect’ from Mrs Hayes with receipt OR Come ‘In Store’ to the library to make purchases. Parents visiting the Book Fair with their children can pay in person with cash or EFTPOS. Stationery items and posters cannot be paid for online and need to be purchased onsite.

1. Enter State and School (st gerards)
2. Enter credit card details and amount.
Please note: do not select the actual books, but rather tally up the total amount of the books being purchased and pay that total.
3. Record receipt number on the Wish List or print receipt and highlight the books paid or on the wish list.
4. Bring Wish List back to the school to collect book
